Weatherless BuildBuy Mode Pre-Release

Update: Now removes puddles and snowdrifts while in buildbuy.
This mod makes it so that there is no snow or rain accumulation on the ground or in the air when you enter BuildBuy mode.
Exiting buildbuy mode will put your weather right back where it left off.
Any feedback is welcome, patrons get an early look at the mod so it can be improved or changed.
Let me know what you think, thanks!
Make sure script mods are enabled in your game options -> Other tab.
Save ts4script file directly into your Mods folder.
