Sky Commission V3

On a related note I've edited the benefits from some tiers on my Patreon page; most notably the discounts were raised from 5% to 10% and 10% to 15% for the $10 and $15 tiers respectively.
I've also removed the option of getting WIP from the $15 tier and replaced it with access to stage/WIP gifs, which will be only available here.
