February Portrait Giveaway

Members of the $7 Sad Elf Support Group tier and up are eligible for entry. Winner will be chosen by random number generator on the 14th!
This giveaway ($500USD value) will be for a one character (fanart or OC), bust-up portrait with a simple background. You will provide the description/references, and I will paint a portrait of them and send it to you!
You will also receive 1 8"x10" archival print of the finished piece mailed to your address! *International winners may be subject to customs fees/duty charges.
