This is one of those videos that I know won't go viral on the internet... but I really wanted to make it because it was such an important thing for my marriage. Tara and I really enjoyed ourselves on this trip, and I can honestly say I'm pretty sure we love each other more because of it. Whenever we go to a place where we don't speak the language well we like to rely on each other and figure things out. For some reason that just does it for us. Obviously this sort of thing doesn't make sense for a person who wants to be a major "internet influencer".... but man for someone who wants to be a better husband this was awesome. Thank you so much for supporting us on Patreon. Because of you we don't have to do things to try to "win the algorithm". You've enabled us to do this and we're incredibly thankful.

I traveled to Chile just to see it, because it happened on my birthday. :) I learned that eclipses are very emotional events, best experienced with others. And that if a total solar eclipse happens on your birthday then, well, you should probably go see it.
