2024-11-23 23:57:49 +0000 UTCYa’ll made me tear up. Completely agree with everything you said. I watch a lot of groups and nothing comes close to NewJeans, in my opinion. Their performances are so joyous and natural and authentic. Reminds me of the energy the Spice Girls had in the 90s. After they broke up, no girl group (in the west) ever matched their level. NewJeans is the first group to give me that energy and I could see filling that spot. It’s gonna be a sad day in KPOP/music in general if this is NewJeans’ end.

Yes, they make money and are big moneymakers, but come on, the other groups are making money as well. No one is close to BTS level money wise, no one.
