You've been asking us to make a developer-focused podcast like the OG Noclip documentary for a few years now. It was always something a bit outside of our reach given all the other work we do, but last year myself and Jesse made it a priority to figure out a way of pulling it off.
That show is now here and it's called DEAR DWYERY because of course it is, what a stupid now - how could we not? Every TWO WEEKS we'll have a new episode focusing on a new area of games. It could be a video game, a publisher, a streamer, a journalist. We're going to figure it out together and go where the interesting stories are.
The basic idea is to be able to cover more video game stories than we possible can with just the documentaries.

When I listen to this podcast it only plays while my phone is open- as soon as I lock it closes. This doesn't seem to happen for me with other podcasts on this app. Not sure if it's because you had video captured on YouTube and it's being treated like a video but if you can address this that would be great. Podcast was a fab listen, thank you
