Happy 2017! Here's an Update. From Ireland!

I hope you've all had a great holidays / Christmas / Hanukkah / December / Festivus. Myself and my wife have been on a tour of all the European countries beginning with "I" - and though we've decided to stay in Ireland and digest all this pizza rather than visit Iceland or the Isle of Man, it's still been an adventurous few weeks.
It's also been a great week for Noclip as the wheels hit the ground on our next project and I start planning some cool stuff around the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. In this little video recorded in my parents back garden in Waterford, Ireland I chat about all that and what to expect in Q1 of 2017.
I want to say a special thanks to all the folks who signed up in the wake of our DOOM series. It's really great to have so many new faces join us on this little project. Because of all of you patrons, by the end of 2017 we're going to be sitting on an archive of rich, varied documentareies about video games and the people who play them from all over the world.

I'd really love to see a doc on the Mass Effect series and with Andromeda just around the corner after 5 long years it would be the perfect time.

John took me to see the Museum once - he also showed me Menlo Castle - the inspiration for the growth of tech hubs/areas in California too - it can be easily viewed across the river on the training grounds of NUIG - Gorgeous place! I would enjoy a good doctumentary on the rise,fall and future of MMOs and maybe something like this project you're talking about on Esports where you don't focus on one particular game. Can't wait for February!
