Judy Garland Makeup Transformation!

I'll be dressing up as her in February for the Golden Age Gala so I wanted to do some futzing and taking some promo images. Thought we could sit down and chat and have fun. OKEEEE that's it I love YUHHH.
Tickets go on sale tomorrow July 15th for the Gala!

2024-02-18 03:00:11 +0000 UTCIdk if this would help with brows but I use coconut oil as a makeup remover (v effective if your skin tolerates it) and when I first started it made my eyelashes soooo long and full. my eyebrow lady explicitly told me not to use it on my brows lol. So idk maybe a thing to consider

To help get the floof you’re looking for in the gown, you may want to consider using horsehair braid in the hem. It’s great for adding shape without excess tulle volume. And for said tulle volume? I invested in a ruffle foot for my sewing machine. It’s such a time/life saver! Thanks for providing us such fun and entertaining content!

My family is from Illinois, pretty close to St. Louis so I grew up going to the zoo in Forest Park (the place the 1904 world's fair happened). They still have the original bird cage from the fair! There's also an outdoor theater so I once got to see a stage production of Meet Me in St. Louis where the world's fair happened.

She was scared to the point that she tried to climb out a window that couldn't open. What I did was every time the chirp went off, I gave her a treat. It took one session for that, and she wasn't scared anymore. If the dog is really scared then a higher reward treat at first might be needed. Something they really really like sausage or jerky or something like that.

2023-07-16 02:04:58 +0000 UTCI’m having the same issues with my brows since I’ve been using the Fill and Fluff from NYX. Hopefully I caught it early enough to help them grow back to their former glory but for now I just go light on the pen and gently drag instead of buff. Seems to help!
