If you have fresh seeds and just a little bit of decent soil they will literally grow like weeds. I did a crossbreeding project years ago indoors. I intentionally grew a male to pollinate several different female strains. I could not believe how many seeds would drop from just shaking a plant. I always dump my old soil at my parents so they can reuse it for gardening. They had plants popping up everywhere all over the yard from all the seeds that fell in the soil. Relatives and people that stopped by would be like is that what I think it is? Happy little accidents ;-)

I bought some paht seeds from a company in Europe for my garden next spring, both indoor and outdoor! I won't be able to feed the birds, though. No male plants, lol! Good on you guys for feeding the birds!

Anytime Al is talking masonry I’m down. Never got to Tuck-point/repoint in Chicago, but did lots of work in South Bend. I remember laying some yellow brick that the old heads were calling Chicago Commons, we had to salvage them and they were so dry we had to dip them in a bucket of water before we could lay them.
