So dope, I've always wanted to see what your garden looks like at home bc you've mentioned it on the podcast a few times, so I was super excited when I saw you posted this. Love the diversity, such cool plants. I'd love to sit out there and watch all the bugs and critters that come by. I dug out some lawn and planted a whole bunch of natives in the last house I rented, it transformed the backyard into an oasis for bees, wasps, moths, butterflies, bees etc it was so therapeutic and I poured so much love into it. I moved out a few months ago and went back last week to drop off the keys and the dumbass landscapers had mowed down every single plant, I was heart broken. Now im in an apartment with a small balcony and gonna try to fill it with as many natives as I can before the apt complex gets pissed with me for looking like a crazy plant lady. Cheers!

Beautiful! I’m a fan of diversity in all things, especially native plants and especially in over-developed areas. I used to think of my hyper-diverse garden in northern Virginia as a sort of seed bank that would help reestablish native plants in the area after the last wave (since we were already having 500-year storms there back in the late β€˜00s).
