Broken laptop and other surprises on birthday

I'm really sorry to say it, but I have troubles with laptop again..... After roughly a 1.5 months after previous time.
Previously had problems with a charge and power cables, but now it's about screen not working normally. At first screen was flicking and sliding up and down and now it's like on picture - black screen with white pixels at sides, and only top line of pixels showing anything. It happened 2 days ago and all computer masters were closed until today, so should be diagnosed this day.
I'm very sorry about this, since currently can't do works with laptop down, but will keep pred polls.
And just whole birthday was incredibly bad, since a lot of bad things happened at a single night before my birthday.
