Selection for who gets to get a request will be RANDOM, so everyone gets a chance. And don't worry the same person wont be selected over and over either.
AS of lately I have gotten pretty busy irl thanks holidays.. I havent had as much time to work on my colored pieces which is a shame. I am still working on what will be a mini comic series, and other things.
