Behind the scenes 2: Fixes, Volume control, upload tutorial

This is a bit of a smorgasborg video of requests and info.

1) A number of users are hitting issues where the startup is hanging at the startup video (or randomly at any video).  I figured out a fix for that to make it more reliable tonight and will work on packaging that up for either Friday or Sunday evening.

2) I've had a number of people ask about a volume control (separate from the on/mute for video playback).  I'm excited to say that feature will be in the next release as well...it's a simple volume slider that controls system audio.

3) I've had a request to understand how the upload folders works - this video shows that, and a feature I didn't know I had...you can drag an image from a browser window directly into the upload window without saving it and it'll go to the frame! So a quick tutorial to help the users that were asking about that while I work on the longer tutorial.

I'm working hard to reply to all feedback within 24 hours and have a goal of having a great build for everyone in a few days.  Then March I'll focus on features again!  Thanks for your patience and understanding through this first month.

Joe

That's a great idea! I will work on a pack tonight of a few samples. I create them using werble on ios or plotagraph software currently. For personal use, I've done searches on youtube for 1080x1920 videos and typically find a few, then there are a few youtube downloaders that you can use to get them downloaded in mp4 format and onto a frame. It's definitely not easy to get content that is video based for 9:16 sadly, or at least I haven't discovered much. I'll try to make a guide though as I find stuff because I'm constantly searching

Do you have any sample 9:16 animations or videos you can make available here? Barring that, do you have any advice on a good place to find them? Web searching for clean, HD or 4K 9:16 animations isn't an easy task. I have a vague idea of the kind of thing I would eventually like to generate for this, but there's a lot of startup cost and it would be nice to throw up some samples first.
