This drama is such a roller coaster of emotion. I think I never cried this much watching a drama!

2021-09-18 09:04:51 +0000 UTCimo this OST is 2nd to none and from a technical stand point I have yet to see a drama that utilizes their music in such an impactful way. the tracks themselves are so emotionally charged and when added to an emotional moment on screen it really elevates the audience's reaction. you've noticed it too - that a scene is getting you but it isn't until the music rolls in that it really pushes you over the edge lol. what i find kinda fascinating is that i've seen Goblin many times, but if i hear the song that's played (no spoilers) during the episode 1 birthday scene (i think it's the 'first love instrumental') i immediately tear up. it's wild. (Pavlov WHO?) i would love to talk about Goblin with someone who is trained as a music supervisor/composer and get their take on it.
