Maybe Jack dumps Lana and those 3 try to help their newly single friend find a guy... Which sends Lana into a "breeding frenzy" and could lead to her getting involved in the glory hole at the vault... Nikki would try to steal all of the attention. Plus I don't think we've seen arts for 2nd version Nikki yet? I always thought Kelly would end up visiting the vault and falling for Dave.
