Added 2020-09-27 00:51:40 +0000 UTCSomething I wanted to try, to cut down on the more tedious parts of painting, is to reduce the number of unique colors each character design uses. Ash, for example, used to have two different brown tones, one for her hair and one for her skin outlines, but I think with enough judicious lighting I can make that work with one color. Similarly, Patch used to have a unique pink color for his tongue, but it's just as easily communicated if I use the same red as his poncho.
