I actually enjoyed the recap episode. There were little bits in there that broke it up which were "new" so I think I'll just cover it when I get to 66

2021-12-07 20:50:22 +0000 UTCRebecca appeared in two episodes prior to Episode 28, this is how good the foreshadowing is in the story is at times, just like the Wizard King bit. She appeared in Episode 4 when the boys first reach the town, then also later in Episode 11, she is one of the women Finral asked out and assumed that those where her kids. Also, since you may have watched 30 already, this is also why episode 28 isn't a filler episode, it leads into why Asta ends up where he is for the next arc in the story. With out episode 28 it wouldn't make sense. I can't recall how many recap episodes there are, I do know at one point much later there two back to back ones. They are normally done it seems before the next major arc is about to take place. I'm no exactly sure how the show was released but I think they are done prior to the next "season" starting to refresh everyone's memory.
