Time to get a dog. They make excellent food tasters. Of course, he'll have to give up any food that's bad for dogs. But he's so paranoid now he'll probably just accept that. And since the chances of him actually being poisoned is next to zero, the dog will be just fine. And, maybe it will have a calming effect on him to boot....
