New shiny Discord channel

There is few rules:
1. Only Patreons can invite other members. ( only to #general channel )
2. Patreons (lvl-2+) will have access to #dev_channel, which contains more real-time information and some technical description.
Let's name it "Short"-reports.
Cause i do something related with market ~everyday, but it's not worth a post here, or it will be so boring to read.
P.s.
I will check new members once a day and grant "Patreon"-role at discord.
Also, better to have nicknames similar with Patreon one ^^
