Angela's Farm (Foreword)
Added 2022-11-28 00:45:04 +0000 UTCThis is the third rewrite of this long and winding story (40-odd chapters, as of now), which I began writing for no other reason than that I was given an old MacBook Air (admirable 11 inches if you must know, but rather thin), and it simply had no stories about girls on farm getting fatter. (I did check, there are very few good WG stories that come preinstalled with MAC OS.)
The second rewrite was posted (incomplete) on FF, but at the time, FF only allowed 10k characters per chapter, so I recall removing sentences and words (and cursing) just to hammer the chapter to that wretched limit. Emily, you know, likes to talk, and even if she talks nonsense, she does it for a long time at least.
Furthermore (to use a hirsute word), I've always wanted to write a lighthearted story because I'm a fucking monkey, only to find myself pretending to be Bulgakov's cat. "Hahaha," as the King's envoy would say. What goes in must come out, and in Emily's case, it's a plethora of sugar, chocolate, and cakes, rather than a broomstick in her delightful derriere. (No, seriously, thank you for your generous offers, but this is where I cross the line - and if you said eew, Emily!, we said it at the exact time.)
I'm hoping to finish it with the third rewrite, but first I need to know what's going on in the story, who's who, and what the characters' names are - so a rewrite would be the perfect way to force me to read it.
The chapters will be posted first on my patreon and then on my deviantart as I go through them, grinding my teeth and rolling my eyes at the sentences exquisitely strung at 3 a.m., unterhauing the story with the aforementioned 11-incher in my chubby hands.
