NEW POLL! "Jenny from the Block" vs. "Glamorous"
Added 2023-03-25 01:15:32 +0000 UTCPop divas in the '00s want you to know that they're still real! They keep it real! But who keeps it realer, Jennifer Lopez's "Jenny from the Block" or Fergie's "Glamorous"?

It actually sounds nice and supportive, like if she's broke, she can crash on her parent's couch

Besides, there's something endearing in Jennifer Lopez's repeated and futile attempts at convincing people she's just a normal person. "C'mon you guys! My beginnings are so humble! I danced behind sooo many Wayanses!". Say what you will about her singing or her acting, but she's truly trying her darnedest at mentioning she's from the Bronx

To be honest I'm not even sure 'Glamorous' is trying to, it's seems it's more selling the fantasy of being rich without letting it change you, which means it's way more fun than the overly defensive 'Jenny from the Block'
