I wanted to comment after the episode just because my experience was separate from the songs themselves, My memories of Jewel was being on school bus going to some school event, and "Foolish Games" came on, and ALL the girls singing along made sure to emphasize, "SOMEONE WHO GAVE A DAMN" even in front of teachers. My memories of Sheryl Crowe are having a roommate in college who listened to two songs. "Every Day is a Winding Road," and "TO THE WINDOW, TO THE WALLS...." That's my random story of why I weirdly have fonder memories of Jewel than anyone else. Hi to the two people who read this.
