I'm not well
Added 2019-05-30 23:56:23 +0000 UTCi'm getting scared. sometimes i feel like something weird happens with my heart, it's normal to some extent for a couple of years. however it only happens once or twice a day with spaces even months. but today i've felt that feeling about 5 times, and it's freaking me out pretty much.
This is just a notice. I don't know what can happen, and I'm saying this because anything could happen.

I don't drink water. I almost always drink soda, or some kind of juice. It's ok. I appreciate your worry.

2019-06-04 16:42:30 +0000 UTCHow much water do you drink in a day? Often times your heart will have issues if you are dehydrated. Also, another thing is eating a slice of bread and then taking an Aspirin. But my suggestion would be to drink water first. Just as a disclaimer I am not a medical professional so do not take me as truth yet. (this disclaimer is needed in America for some reason. sometimes the laws in our country are ass-backwards.)
2019-06-04 15:05:44 +0000 UTCI'll try. But I'll fail as usual.

2019-05-31 12:15:25 +0000 UTCI see. yes, that's the feeling I have. but I was quite concerned because some family members had heart problems and died spontaneously. I suppose that the state of my body, which is at its limit, is a factor that is affecting me and makes it more serious.

2019-05-31 03:23:37 +0000 UTCIf that's what you're feeling they're normal and pretty common, I get them 20 - 30 times a day, the technical term is premature ventricular contraction (PVC). I've seen a couple doctors, they're just something that happens to some people. They're harmless but can be very scary (especially the more intense ones). I hope that's all it is, but I agree with everyone else, take some time off and reduce stress, it's the best thing you can do.

2019-05-31 02:36:53 +0000 UTCAre they heart palpitations? It feels like your heart stops for a second or two and then restarts, usually with a big pump. It's almost as if someone is trying to squeeze something large through a tube, and it gets stuck for a second and then all comes out at once.
