I needed a little practice with something different (?).
I have realized that I do not have much free time and when I have it I do not know what to do with it. I do not know how to rest, it's stressful to have time and not know what to do with it, since when I'm "resting" I think I'm wasting my time and that leads me to self-destructive thoughts and behaviors. So keeping me busy, I try to distract myself and stay away from that :p
