A work in progress

A couple of days ago, I had posted about making changes to how I approach creating patreon content and here are my thoughts on some stuff and what I'll do. Buckle up, I'mma ramblin' down there.

Discord Server - Ever popular choice. I've set one up to give it a shot. I've been a part of a couple as a dev and a fan and I'm still trying to figure how to use the server the most effectively. For now, everyone will just be treated to me rambling about whatever game or anime I'm watching that week. I'm going through all the slice of life animes in alphabetical order and it's been... special. If you are apart of a tier, you have already been added to the server if you have discord connected to your account. If you haven't been added, make sure your accounted is connect to discord and it should do the rest. If you're a follower, here's the public link to the server: https://discord.gg/waRXDsU 

Gallery - This one was suggested by Oasis: Create a pinned patreon message that has all the h-scenes in it for easy access. It's a good idea. The game has them in 1280x720 but I still have their original 1920x1080 size so it'd be a good place for that.  Plus we're heading into the more... touchy feely time for the story so the gallery will fill out nicely. The big question is what tier to attach it to and I decided that the $1 tier makes the most sense. It keeps it behind a pay wall so it doesn't violates patreon's no nudity made public clause but it's not behind a big enough pay wall that it's weird. You already get the gallery for free when downloading the game afterall haha The gallery will also be in the discord server as well.

Dev Diary/Monthly Goal Post - It seems so simple, yet it slips my mind often. I'm sure there's a few of you curious as to what I'm up to ever month so being a little transparent and posting what my plans for the month won't be too bad. A little repetitive but I'm sure it's something haha

Suggestions/Polls - This one will have to wait until my next game unfortunately. Creating polls and taking suggestions for future content is pretty much a staple of patreon communities but I went ahead and already planned everything that was going to happen in this story so sadly, there's no room for suggestions this time around. You're just going to have to trust me on where I'm taking things and enjoy the ride. Next time, we'll have some fun with suggestions and polls.

Retrospect - This could be a fun series. As we draw closer to the end of My Catgirl Maid, I could do little pieces starting at Chapter 1 and "take a look back at how we got here". Good way to talk about the characters and elements a little more. I might test it out with a little look back at "The Rest of Our Lives" and talk about what went right, what went wrong and what could have been. Stay tuned for that if you're fan/accidentally read it and didn't know I wrote it.
