Oh it added so much epicness

I was at that Sydney show, it was delayed because there was lightning coming into the arena so we were all waiting outside. My daughter was 6mths pregnant and had a turn, we had to have the paramedics come look after her. We had seats about 5 rows from the front, they cost a fortune, but it was too much for her (she is also autistic) so the amazing staff set us up on the disabled platform and we had the most incredible time. I took her and her little friends to see Taylor on the Fearless tour when she was a kid and my daughter also sings and at her first recital she sang "Best Day" and made her Dad and I cry. Taylor is a big part of her life and when her daughter was born, we played "Enchanted" as she was being delivered. At one year old, her daughter's favourite song is "Bad Blood", she asks for it all the time. She already knows who Taylor Swift is! Oh and did I tell you that, coincidentally, my daughter's name is also Taylor! I love this series and wish I could sit through those 3 and half hours all over again!

This was such a banger episode, one of my favorites for sure (it and the next one are a tie!). They highlight so much gold in this, with the lyrics in Invisible String (a kind of kismet!) and Daylight, the golden sparks from Fearless's transition, the way the rain looked on the night she debuted the gold bodysuit. I think it's a bit sneaky of her to not acknowledge the 50% of our reaction to the new one was hoping Rep TV was coming because she announced those with outfit changes a lot of times on tour!! I'm so delighted that you caught the This Is Me Trying juxtaposition with Jeslyn! I am so glad she recovered and came back. I have seen a few Swifties say they noticed the tour went to 3 backup singers for a while while she was gone. That tour family thing is so precious, and I'm glad they got Eras to make up for those years during Covid when it was all shut down! Thanks for your reaction, as ever (and I'm looking forward to seeing you react to Wicked part 2 if you can. even if it's to let us know your thoughts on it if you saw it already!!)

Hope you appreciated the rain during the unveiling of the new Rep suit. :-)
