3D's to Adventuring Darkness, Dragons, and Dimensions Playtest 29
Added 2023-01-10 17:38:48 +0000 UTCThis time we had a pretty good amount of stuff for you. my $5 patrons have been getting access to some subclasses, Sword Dancer, Druid, Ranger, and now Sorcerer. So some of the new stuff will pertain to things done in that document. Here is the full list.
Player's Guidebook:
- Grey Dwarves and Hill Dwarves now have their description section finished.
- Humans entries have been update except for homeland and religion which I am still working on. But, now you have more lore about humans in the setting.
- Features for the fighter and thief class have had some of their text edited or rearrange as some of it was used for the ranger class.
- The ranger's EXP for next level for levels past 20 has been added to the table on page 67.
- Spellbooks have been added to the table for adventuring gear.
- Ten new spells have been added for the sorcerer which can also be used by magic-users: Fire Strike, Fire Wave, Fire Blast, Ice Strike, Ice Wave, Ice Blizzard, Lightening Strike, Lightening Wave, and Lightening Storm. These spells are actually inspired by fire, fira, firaga, blizzard, blizzara, blizzaga, thunder, thundara, and thundaga respectively, function kind of like a hybrid between of they work in final fantasy 1 and crisis core. There is also thunder clap which is a unique spell only available to sorcerers.
- Added two new ranger spells: Forest Protection and hunter's mark.
- Changed the ranges of the Star-Traveler Ship weapons to match how range works as described in the new section.
- Added two new sections: Star-Traveler Ship Ranges and keeping track with a Grid.
