3D's of Adventuring Player's Guidebook to the Multiverse Plane Test Packet Update 13

This is a fairly sizable update, I've added an new chapter which includes mechanics for outside of combat. Some of the new mechanics is going to require me to go back and revised Comeliness again for what I believe is the 5th time, but once that is done reaction rolls should function smoothly with clear and concise writing in how it functions. Here is the full list of changes.

Player's Guidebook

- Added chapter 10

- Added section for movement outside of combat, with two different movement systems. One for indoors and another for outdoors.

- Added the Reaction roll section, this determines how wiling NPCs are to parley, interact, or give information.

- Added the Environmental Hazards section, show what happens in extreme heat and cold.

- Added the Section on gravity, including rules for fall damage and how much damage a boulder does when chucked at a creature.

- Added the Section on Creature Size category.
