Misako is cool and cute; a powerful combination, and I'd been thinking about revisiting River City Girls :>


I won't complain about more Mavis :b


Thanks to stationary bike I've started an Ace Attorney replay (hoping to finally finish the trilogy) and now maybe honor Mia by drawing her :P


Arukenimon/ Archnemon (dunno which to go with) had an impact on kid me, would be cool to finally draw her ::::)

( Also cool to know she shows up again in a new series :o )

To the update-

A couple Astrids; one of her wedding outfit, and the other of her epilogue look, she was downright gorg at the end :')

I enjoyed the Hidden World ^ ^ The first one will prolly always be my fav, but the epilogue was some powerful stuff.


Otherwise; 

Finally drew Angewoman because I've been going through Digimon; rewatched Adventure 01 and 02, and am currently on my first watch of Tamers (big pogs there)


And a Rabbid/ Peach because I picked Mario Rabbids back up thanks to being able to play it on the stationary bike :> (Still haven't unlocked normal Peach...)

Minor health update-


I found out you can't just leave your diabetic test strips open to the air, and so our early readings were wack, we got new strips and our numbers are much better now.

Unfortunately I'm still in prediabetic range (or like one foot in it's door) so I'm glad we had that scare so that I can avoid actually going all the way. 



With all the researching I've been doing, I found out that I didn't actually eat /that/ crazy, like what I thought were huge portions of rice were just over a cup; some people eat a lot more than me :x

I'm pretty sure that's why I didn't end up much worse, so thanks small stomach... 



I'm not doing low carb or keto any more since those are apparently risky to do unsupervised (and are pretty miserable to do in general :P ) Just being mindful of what I'm eating (Try to always have balanced protein, fiber, fats), lot more vegetables in general. 

And my desserts are now protein bars, which help with the fiber I didn't know I was severely lacking in (expensive tho...) .



I also learned that insulin sensitivity decreases as the day goes on, so I'm eating earlier now; this (along with doing a little walking around the house right after eating) surprisingly had the most improvement;  but if I don't do the walking around my numbers stay above 110mg for like 4 hours



So again I'm glad this all happened, I learned a ton about healthy eating (I really was not eating healthy at all in the past, even when I tried to) and am moving around a lot more (including stationary bike so I can actually do more gaming than I previously would) .  

I also didn't know about visceral fat and it's link to unexpected diabetes, something Asian people are seemingly more at risk of ( I'm half Korean- you guys are learning a lot about me because of this :P ) so I'm aiming to keep my weight below 150lbs (currently at 147lbs)


Stressful month, came out better because of it, but I'm still frustrated by my lack of art, I appreciate y'all sticking with me throughout these lulls, as it's the only way I could actually deal with any of this, thank you ^ ^
