Holy Moly! Welcome New Patrons & Let's Talk v0.4!
Added 2025-06-12 02:14:54 +0000 UTCHey everyone!
Wow, what a week (or so)! I step away for a little bit, and I come back to find our awesome community has practically doubled! Seriously, a massive WELCOME to all the new members, both paid and free, who've joined us recently. You guys are incredible! I was genuinely surprised and super stoked to see so many new faces (or, well, usernames!).
So, what's the plan, you ask? Well, development for "A Weekend With Aunt Carol" v0.4 is kicking off very soon! I've actually just switched jobs in my "real life," and let me tell you, I'm still trying to find that perfect balance. Just getting my new work environment set up took me like three solid days β damn you, Docker! π But we're getting there!
Despite the slight chaos, I've got some big plans for v0.4. I've already started reaching out to some of our paid members to get their initial thoughts and feedback on the current state of the game and where they think we should head next. Your insights, especially from our most dedicated supporters, are going to be super valuable as I shape this next chapter. I'll definitely be consulting you all a lot as we move forward!
And don't you worry, my awesome free members β I'm not forgetting about you! I'll definitely be posting questions, maybe some polls, and of course, some sneak peeks and spoilers as development progresses. Please, feel free to jump into any discussion on any post. I always try my best to read and respond to everyone. Your engagement means a lot!
Speaking of ideas for v0.4, nothing is set in stone yet regarding new actresses or even all the new locations. So, if you have any brilliant suggestions for who you'd love to see join the cast, or what kind of new places you think would be cool to explore (Shop X vendor? A different kind of neighbor? A new local hangout?), please don't be shy! Let me know in the comments on this post or the previous one about suggestions.
Thanks again for the incredible support, everyone. It's truly motivating to see this community grow!
