2024-09-26 03:04:39 +0000 UTCI guess the other thing is that I’m always shocked how confident they are talking about research methodology when they don’t have enough expertise. I guess I would say for me like I have a PhD and I do have a research agenda, but I would not feel confident enough to be like a public intellectual talking about applying research concepts to all sorts of things. I just don’t think I am fluent enough and experienced enough to talk about all this other stuff. I guess that’s why I find it really surprising how easy they find it to just bullshit around it given the fact that Brett has never been a good scientist. And I think Heather’s better but she wrote one book and done a handful of other things but I think she overestimates her expertise as much as he does. I don’t think it’s an intelligence thing for them, but they strike me as deeply narcissistic and lazy and lacking any intellectual humility.

Apparently, they have many other duties, such as dealing with financial crimes, that have overstretched their capacities, which is the kind of mundane reason that most conspiracists don't like. Investigating financial crimes is no simple thing and requires enormous resources of time and energy since this covers computer fraud and identity fraud.

That removes any doubt that it's new content (I get than none of these are new , the Editor Andy tag does that in a more cryptic way) and lets people know where to find the quality audio in situ!
