I'm also surprised that the map turned out to be not demanding on the power of the computer(At least for me).Сollision enabled on the whole map.
This package contains: asset and scene with location.
v1.1 :updated all light on the map and increased the amount of trees.
v1.2 :Updated ground texture and added more trees, + minor fixes.
