lol, if you think that there is no evidence of Don Jnr. using drugs I'd suggest you aren't paying attention to many of his notable interviews. Frankly, given the environments he operates in it would be more surprising if he was not intimately familiar with cocaine. Though it doesn't even matter because Joe regularly talks about politicians and public figures being ill/on drugs, etc. with wild abandon. His reluctance with Don Jnr. is because he likes him and he's a right leaning reactionary. This is not a hard thing to detect these days.

2021-11-10 01:40:06 +0000 UTCThe beginning of the pod really bugs me where Chris cites the example of Rogan only questioning Don Jr’s drug use, when his friends are mocking both him and Hunter Biden, as evidence of his being a flat out “right winger”. This is an odd example to use in order to make his point because there has never been any documented evidence of Jr’s having abused drugs whereas Biden has a well established and public history of drug addiction so it is a reasonable point to make and perhaps more revealing of Chris’ own leftist bias that he would view that neutral fact check as political hackery.

It was interesting to think about if the way we present vaccines as super high tech might actually make them less appealing to certain people by making them seem harder to understand and thus trying to force them to trust in elites, who they are already suspicious of. I have several family members who are anti covid vax (which is weird to me because they never had any issues with vaccines in the past) and a lot of their anti vax arguments revolve around fears of a new technology. I was trying to explain how mRNA vaccines are actually less scary than older vaccines because your not putting any of the actual virus in your body. But I got no where :-( Maybe the vaccine human story podcast might give me some new material. Am definitely going to subscribe to it!

Wow, great stuff by the way - parallels with small pox vaccine resistance (at least that’s how I read it - not sure if you guys went there - need to listen through again) and what we are currently seeing give one serious pause. Lots of other points - and yet another few nodes of content to explore. Keep up the good (lord’s ;)) work, all ‘round!
