Saha -- Sriya's sister

So it's Saha's time to show what she's made of... I made this comic spontaneously as that is how I write everything. I still have the first page tho lol and I am shocked to hear that people like my comic writing, thank you! It's all train of thought unfortunately </3

Romeo and Juliet

Hi everyone, I've had a Shakespeare hyperfixation lately. I don't know why. Inspiration strikes randomly, I guess? Further I think I should do more art experiments to improve my style :)

Alice concept art - celestial mage

Hello dear Patrons! New Alice updates after such a long time! This was an idea I had for Dame Drollery, what if Alice did celestial magic? I included a psd file for this drawing for those who are curious about how this drawing was made, and I'm also putting together a YouTube video containing the timelapse for this so stay tuned! :)

Saints Margaret, Catherine and Michael - character sketches

Hello Patrons! Here are my character sketches for the three saints involved in my Joan of Arc project. The designing process took a little over a year, and Margaret's design has changed so much if you see my posts on social media. These designs however are the final ones, and I'm really happy with them! I gave Margaret a lindworm (dragon) as a companion, which is my favorite aspect of this trio as of now. St. Catherine has largely stayed the same from the moment I designed her a year ago. St....

Sriya comic - pages 1-7

Hello Patrons! Here is a comic I started in early January around a main character called "Sriya", a minor goddess inspired by the apsaras of Southeast Asian culture. I have only posted pages 1-4 on Instagram, but I have decided to continue it since I found some inspiration again. Pages 5-7 are for Patrons early access. I am currently working on pages 8-10! I hope you enjoy :)

Joan of Arc character design - with notes

Dear Patrons,

Long time no post! I have been working on a different project other than the webcomic for Lent this year, because somehow I have become a little closer to my faith. I don't know how it happened exactly. I have always been a devotee of Joan of Arc, so I have made some visual development stuff for her story. I am so excited to show you what else I have made. Right now it feels like this is the thing I should be working on, and people on Instagram have also shown great ...

Costume Design I - Garden Party Dress

Hello dear Patrons! I'm excited to share Alice's new wardrobe addition, the Garden Party Dress. I know it doesn't exactly fit right in with the mood of an old abandoned medieval monastery, but that's kind of the point of Alice's character! For now, I'll continue working on my comic :) Thank you sooo much for being here and accompanying me on this journey 💐

1940s AU Part 1

Hello everyone! Here is "Alice in her darkest hour"-- a oneshot comic I did to practice comics basics (layout, paneling, script writing, etc.) Since I have been having some issues with Webtoon formatting and wanted to decide the layout of the comic moving forward. I decided to practice first with a short script I wrote with the prompt "What if Alice lived in the 1940s?". Thanks for being here!

A courtship lasting centuries

Sir Bingbing - character design

Hello patrons! Hope everybody is doing well. It will be my cat's birthday this weekend and so I drew this in celebration. He's three years old now and I wanted to portray his attitude-- he thinks he's king of the house, honestly. He doesn't really like being carried or hugged but I guess that's just his character. He has a little french rosette on his belt-- I couldn't resist-- I like to think he's a bit revolutionary as he always tries to escape the house to go gallivanting around the neighb...

Joan of arc storyboard - at the dauphin's court

Hello Patrons! This is a storyboard I made last year for my personal Joan of Arc project. I planned to do a whole storyboard video to the song You're On Your Own, Kid by Taylor Swift. This scene was for the line "I searched the party of better bodies". I don't know when I started doing a yearly tradition of working on at least one Joan project but it's a good way to track art progress and I love Joan so much she's like my personal hero! I'm bound to pick this project up in the future as I fin...

Character designs: Alice's parents

Hello Patrons, here's a little comic update-- this time with Alice's parents Edward Leslie and Moira Blackwood. I do love a little family drama and yes I made an entire family tree for Alice because she's a wedlock child and her father married another woman that isn't Moira... and I LOVE drawing Edward I hope you like looking at them <3

Comic page + a few art realizations

Hello folks, here I have a recently finished comic page. It's in moleskine cream and sepia this time (and why's that?) Every chapter I've posted seems to sport a different art style and who knows, maybe the next chapter will be in full black-and-white; I doubt that though! Something about gothic churches and victorian illustrations have always caught my eye and I decided I absolutely couldn't tell the story I wanted to tell in full color anymore. I guess it's gonna look this way from here on ...

Hello patrons! It's been awful silent here but I'd like to change that by saying 1) I finally made non-commission art after WEEKS, here is the timelapse! and 2) the first comic dialogue has been planned, so I should get to work on it after finishing commissions which are the priority for now >___< I also may have to change the description for each tier to be a general type of support (pay what you want) since I have found out it is too much for me to do in a month, this time is too shor...

Early versions of the comic

Hello Patrons! Thanks so much for being here <3 so excited to share stuff I've been working on! Here is a short test I made in May of last year, Alice's siblings are seeing her off at the train station. I was trying to go for a very loose style just to experiment with what the comic could look like.

Dame Drollery - original story outline

Hello everyone! For my first post on Patreon I'm excited to share with you the main graphic of Dame Drollery. It's been my plan last year to publish it on Webtoon, but I ultimately decided against it due to not being sure if I could keep up with monthly posting, and on top of that I was working on grad school applications. I still love this story, so I decided I would develop it into a graphic novel pitch that I could submit to places whenever it gets ready. Pitches are a lot of work, so I st...
