I know you are still waiting on the Kendi episode. This week has just been a killer schedule (for Chris at least!) but I'm still determined to get it out by Friday.
In the meantime find here an *unedited* video version of our interview with Phrost the owner of the (in)famous martial arts fraud busting site Bullshido. We cover the wonderful world of martial arts frauds and gurus, the role of toxic/excessive masculinity, mental training gyms, and why in recent years the Bullshido brand has expanded to address broader topics like fake news and pseudoscience.

Yeah there is a point there. There are plenty of people who can’t stay at home but I think it’s also true that this does not apply to many of the people who are loudly complaining. I don’t want to speak for Phrost but I would imagine that he wouldn’t be disparaging people who have no choice in the matter.

I would just take issue with Phrost’s take at i want to say the 28 minute mark or so, that if we all just stayed home and got Amazon deliveries for a month this would all go away. In fact it is precisely those essential workers who are bearing the brunt of this pandemic, the people laboring in the Amazon warehouses and in commercial kitchens prepping food for Uber Eats or packing meat in a plant, not us privileged people meeting over Zoom and watching Netflix in our sweats
