Funny you brought up Soojin with the DARK (X-File) MV, because the song and MV is about her. She is the 'X-File' that is a secret and cannot be talked about. The reason they're looking disheveled in the MV is that it's showing their reaction to her leaving (which is why you see them drinking a lot). At the end of the MV they are all clinging to each other to cope with her leaving, everyone is paired up except for Shuhua. She is alone at the end because her pair, Soojin, left.
