2026-02-11 22:06:04 +0000 UTCOne thing not to forget about heat pump water heaters and heat pump dryers - VENTING! No need to blow conditioned air from inside your house to outdoors just to run them. It makes the wintertime heat loss argument even weaker, and the cooling and dehumidification argument in the summer time stronger. On top of that, if you have a radon mitigation system, forced venting counteracts the depressurization of the SSD fan. So yet another win.
