This is the unpublished part of my video from Kaliningrad region. Here I explore the westernmost city in Russia (Baltiysk) and return to Kaliningrad by freight train. That train was probably loaded with goods transported to Kaliningrad region by ferry. Short Trainhopping till the first stop

In this video I don't show my face and don't comment on what is happening. This is just a chilly ride till the first stop from my city. That stop turned out to happen less than 2 hours after catching the train and I ended up on a station in the middle of nowhere. It was a night time but sun became raising right after 3 AM. I was trainhopping with my friends and we sneaked into intermodal container

There is an annual event in Russian trainsurfung community when we all collaborate together and try to ride one train reaching as much people as possible. In 2020 33 people made it on one train. In 2021, we failed to organize our event because somebody snitched to police about us and they closed off the entire yard. But this is the story for another post.

Journey to the Arctic Ghost Town of Vorkuta

In this post I share the video in English devoted to the urban exploration of Vorkuta - one of the ghost towns in Russian Arctic and one of the fastest dying towns in the country. I completed this journey in March 2021 to catch the maximal amount of snow in the area and to observe it from the most surrealistic perspective.
