Request for your input - I'll be hanging around Discord for a bit

Hello!

I've been working on a script which is getting quite long and I'm wondering if you think it makes sense to split this up. We are revisiting the heat pump because I'm not happy with where I left things the last time I tackled it as a topic, and they're suddenly very important.

I want to take part 2 down because I feel it's misleading. As a refresher, in it I talked mainly about ground source heat pumps and some innovations in that space, and implied that they're the future.  I am increasingly convinced this isn't the case, as air-source heat pumps are available right now with stellar COPs even in very cold conditions.

I've started this video by recapping what the COP is and explaining how all we need is a COP of 2.5 for it to no longer make sense to burn gas locally. Then I went through Chicago historical weather data to show that it is actually quite rare on average for us to be below 5°F/-15°C, and there are plenty of air-source heat pumps available right now that best 2.5 at that temperature. Which is amazing! So in essence, the video I'm working on now will replace part 2.

I then realized that there are still many people who don't have a good idea of what a heat pump install is actually like, so I started going into that, the similarities, differences, and opportunities, as well as talking about some challenges. I've made it pretty far into that, but now I'm thinking perhaps that's better as what will then be a Part 3. And if I don't split it we're probably looking at 40+ minutes.

Given that, I'm sorta thinking of a part 2: the case for heat pumps as fast as possible and part 3: the ways heat pumps can be installed, opportunities and challenges.

So, let me know what you think! As I said up top, I'll be in the Discord for a while for folks who like to be there.
