Version 2 of Dome Light for Blender is available, an addon that automates the process of creating nodes World in Blender, providing shortcuts to update your HDR quickly and practically.

- Shortcut for rotation on the Z axis of the HDRI directly from the 3D view using by default the keys: ctrl + shift + alt + right mouse drag.
