Chimera kitbashing tests

First of all thanks for all the ideas and feedback on the moodboard! There was so much that replying to everyone individually would take forever so I'll try to cover the general idea here.

So, I think the only way to tackle this beast is with completely different variants. The traditional look is a must have and the demon direction is also very popular which will let us get a bit more crazy (like having a snake head tail as well).

Now to the kitbashing

For now I've just cut up previous sculpts to make it easy to move stuff around and see what works or not.

I slightly tweaked the traditional setup to be more of a triangle instead of side by side which I think works pretty well overall.

The stacked setup was the idea I wanted to try out to see if the merging could make more anatomical sense. My thinking was the dragon section was on top leading into the wings and the goat was forced underneath to become the rear legs... its odd and is hovering over the bin but maybe it has some potential.

I'll continue with the traditional for now and get it meshed together properly, the stacked version will be side-lined unless you think its worth pursuing further.

I've thought about it and you don't NEED to have 3 heads on the front if you make the tail have a head.

I think the stacked idea works well. When there's two heads and the tail ends and maybe a dragon to head or something. Having three one stacked on top of each other is too much. It looks like the goat would never eat and would never attack because it's so far underneath there
