OMG still playing catch up but I had to skip forward when I saw these songs in one video—two of my absolute favorite Toho ballads! Changmin actually wrote the Korean lyrics for "Love In The Ice", he's an amazing lyricist. And yes, TVXQ was meant to be an "acapella dance" (or "dance acapella" idk the order) group because they were essentially 5 main vocalists put into one group. All vocal powerhouses in their own right, each taking a part to make the harmonies blend so perfectly: high - changmin middle high - junsu middle - jaejoong middle low - yoochun low - yunho Also, they always stood in the same order on stage for ballads, so when you watched LITC from left to right it was Junsu - Yoochun - Jaejoong - Changmin - Yunho.

I'm really excited to have gotten the job and to actually leave my bedroom sometimes 😂 Also no worries at all about the request I love me some awesome vocals and slower songs and really appreciate seeing all sides of TVXQ/DBSK. I wouldn't be surprised at all if you're correct and that they were meant to be an Acapella group 😁 I really curious as to what projects the previous members have created. I know they're different from the higher energy songs you've reacted to, but I thought they really show cased their vocals as well as what they sounded like as a 5 member group. I'm like 90% I remember learning they were originally formed to be an acapella group, and they do have some acapella stuff out there. The singer in the middle hitting some of those big notes is Jaejoong. He's got a lot of solo stuff. All of their voices were always so distinctive to me.
