I don't know if this is an issue with the Patreon servers, a bug, or an error in the payment system.

If you continue to experience the same error, I recommend you using FANBOX.
I've temporarily set up system to automatically send passwords to your messages, but if this continues, I'll change the way provide passwords.

Exactly the same thing happens to me. Patreon doesn't allow me to send private messages to people with free membership. That's why I can't send you the password for my animation packs
