He won the two first rounds and got to compete against the current king, which like you mentioned is the farthest any 4th gen male idol has got on the show. He did lose against the king, but oh well, he got to sing the last song which is what he really wanted because he dedicated it to his family dog who passed away. No one guessed him! There was a video they showed of YB giving hints, so some of them probably knew at that point, like hweseung who was in the pannel and is also in a band (n flying), but sometimes even if they know they keep quiet to keep the mistery. Once he was revealed a lot of them recognized him! They talked about his satoori and his rock idols in the talking bit. He's been going on variety shows a lot lately so a lot more people are getting to know him!
