OSC Avatar Remote that allows you to connect to another user and control and lock their toggles, control movement, mute/unmute. It supports up to 100 users being controlled (not performance tested), all controls are made to be VR overlay friendly.
Small note, the controller and controlled labels are backwards in the video, will be updated with the next big update
Usage Guide:
~You both must have steam running~
Controller:
Hit "Controller" or Public Controller
Controlled:
- Either join the controller through the public lobbies button in the bottom right or join them using your steams friends list if it's not hosted as public
- Select your ID if prompted
- Reload avatar, list of toggles will appear for the controller
Once all that's done, Have fun.

There is a known issue where not all parameters show up, the fix is to goto C:\Users\<Your Computer Account Name>\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\VRChat\OSC\<You're VRC User ID>\Avatars\ and delete all the .json files so VRC will regenerate them.
Added steam friends list join support, Added public lobbies which can be hosted with "public controller" and viewed with the public lobbies in the bottom right
