Hey everyone! This is just a message relevant to those who've experienced issues receiving the 1st-of-the-month monthly rewards messages in the past.

Over the past few months, a few of you guys have missed rewards messages I send out on the 1st. I found the problem seemed to be after I removed an old tier, some people were still *pledged* but their pledge no longer connected directly to a Tier name, so the mass message system missed them. I was hoping re-assigning your pledges back to a tier would clear up this issue, but it seems there's still some technical issue happening since a couple of you missed November's message rewards 😔

If you were supposed to receive November (or any month) rewards but never got the message from me, PLEASE DM be about it so I can help you. I'd hate for anyone to be missing out on their rewards.

Aside from that, I unfortunately just don't know what the issue is and why it's still skipping some people in the messages, so please just make sure your pledge is connected directly to a tier, that your payment type is updated and processing on time, and just keep an eye on your messages to make sure you don't miss anything! I hope this won't continue much more or becoming a greater issue. I want to keep using Patreon as long as I can despite the site's growing hiccups.. 🙏
