TLDR: Please expect an extra delay for June patrons' physical rewards due to new Patreon changes causing reward fulfillment issues for me. (Plus usual possible COVID-19 related shipping delays.)
Hi everyone, this is an update about JUNE patron PHYSICAL rewards!
The June prints all just arrived and today I was going to start preparing packages, but woke up to a frustrating surprise. Patreon completely redesigned their patron manager- what I use to make my shipping labels, see which patrons pledged to which tiers in a month, and to check payment status (processed/declined) etc, to make sure all rewards get fulfilled properly. But because of their changes, it's causing a lot of issues and the patron filters aren't properly selecting what I'm choosing :( it's really really frustrating and stressful and I do not want to use an improper account of June patrons to send out rewards until I get this fixed or help on how to understand the new changes..
I just sent out a detailed message to patreon support with my issues and hope they get back to me soon. I hope to wait to hear back from them before completing the rewards so please understand there will be a bit of delay for June rewards. Unfortunately it may just be a permanent change I have to deal with which will probably add extra time and difficulty each month when it comes to reward fulfillment, but hopefully they listen to feedback from their creators who aren't happy with this.

As a creator managing all the physical rewards, it is a stressor for me when issues pop up and I do my best to deal with them and ensure all rewards are sent out as soon as they can be. Hope you can be understanding, thank you.
