- If you didn't receive DIGITAL rewards, the problem is likely that you may have upgraded your pledge but not changed to the correct tier name. Please always make sure to adjust your pledge to the right tier as this is how the rewards are sent out. :) If you are missing rewards, just message me here for help.
- For PHYSICAL rewards, please make sure if you are *outside* the US and Canada to please add the $10 onto your pledge for intl shipping like the tier outlines, to ensure that you are sent your rewards. Thank you! <3
