I remember really realising here what I was trying to accomplish in look. I do care about fidelity but I wanted a stylised, interpretative 2D feeling about my work that I only ever saw in some really good displays of art like Arcane and Spiderverse.
a big part of the secret is solid strokes btw. I was overall happy with this piece but I didn't end up posting it due to the news around the actor.
