Alright!

I feel like that was a solid book. Though I know there are people reading this who haven't read the whole thing yet, so I'll resist spoiling it.

I'm just getting back from DragonCon, things went great. I was on my feet for 18+ hours each day.

Lots of panels, signings and then author shop talk. Lots of meeting, for an author there's a back side of the cons where Amazon, Audible, agents and publishers talk to you. I did take a break in a green room only to meet Christopher Lloyd. Did a solid double take when he sat with me and then I pretended(and probably failed) to not recognize him as we made small talk.

It is crazy to watch as the likes of Matt Dinniman pull larger crowds than A list actors. LitRPG is big at least at DragonCon.

Though after hearing all the cool things other authors are pursuing I feel pretty motivated to get back to writing my own things. Outside of Haremlit there's a lot of industry movement, particularly with the wider entertainment industry noticing how much attention DCC is getting.

Haremlit is still a little put aside from all of that because no one expects good reception in the English market. I'm, personally, still pushing towards the Asian markets, but I can't talk much about that yet.

Life is good, I'm sort of feeling like I need to make some shift to get away from some of the business and really put my nose to the grindstone on writing. It is a hard thing to give up to someone else though and the bigger you get, the more business things seem to seep into your day to day.

Anyway, you all probably don't care about the business side.

Returner's Defiance 5 is being worked on now. I'm going into the Trial Of Kings with a VERY solid idea of the setups I want. Just need to nail them out and not make them too long. The trial is going to have sort of 4-5 arcs within it. I'm hoping it will take up about the first half of the book, but as usual, who knows what I'll do. Not me, that's for sure.

I never thought I’d follow an author as much as I have followed you. I have consumed Ards Oath which was the first series I picked up from you, then Dungeon Diving and now I’m caught up with Returners Defiance. You definitely have an amazingly creative brain. All your stories have very compelling stories to the point that I often forget they are “haremlit”. I wonder why the English market as you call it might not have as good reception to the genre. All your series seem to have at least a thousand reviews each and all are almost 5 stars. Keep up the good work, I’m honestly loving your work and hope you prosper even more.

I went to one of your panels at Dragon Con. I enjoyed it quite a bit. You and Schinhofen were the only ones on it i had read.
